Life is all about the journey. In the end what matters most is how well did we love, how well did we live and how well did we let go.

As we go thru life, we need to find things that will ignite the spirit and align the senses.  Yoga and meditation have done this for me.

 I have been practicing yoga since 1997 and decided in 2006 to share my love of the practice with others. I have studied with Johnny Kest, Daniel Orlansky, Paul Grilley and study at the Kripalu Center several times a year. Certified as a RYT,

I teach many classes each week at the Yoga Center for Healthy Living in Brighton, as well as private classes and individual lessons.
