be leading ‘Laughter 101’
It will be taught
after lunch as laughter aids in digestion.
Laughter strengthens
the immune system, relieves stress, provides a cardio-vascular workout equivalent
to 30 minutes on the rowing machine. 30 minutes of laughter will lower your
cortisol, increase endorphins, lower blood pressure and increase oxygen in your
blood and lungs. In addition...this laughter session will increase
enthusiasm and prevent "hardening of the attitudes."
Laughter truley is the
best medicine.
