Penni Helsene will be leading ‘Laughter 101’

It will be taught after lunch as laughter aids in digestion.

 

Laughter strengthens the immune system, relieves stress, provides  a cardio-vascular workout equivalent to 30 minutes on the rowing machine. 30 minutes of laughter will lower your cortisol, increase endorphins, lower blood pressure and increase oxygen in your blood and lungs.  In addition...this laughter session will increase enthusiasm and prevent "hardening of the attitudes."

 

Laughter truley is the best medicine.

 

she also teaches Reiki, Laughter Therapy and Meditation and other classes.

 

Penni Helsene is an ordained peace minister by the Spiritual Seminary of Beloved Community in Ashland Oregon.  Penni is a Reiki Master.   She is also certified as Laughter Leader through the World Laughter Tour.
